Duties Include:
- Responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and credit cards, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Will gather, sort, and enter monthly receivables.
- Basic administration duties such as email & phone correspondence, mail runs, banking runs, and financial information pick up.
- Will be responsible for tenant utility billing per lease guidelines.
- Maintains vendor files, tax, insurance, and contact information.
- Assists leasing agent with tenant file maintenance and commercial tenant insurance procurement.
- Assists Controller with credit card and banking reconciliation, as well as the daily recording and depositing of financial summaries.
- Assists with HOA financial management by completing bank account reconciliation, dues billing & past due collections, and internal transfers.
- 2 years of experience in accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable.
- Solid understanding of computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, Quick Books, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and handle interruptions.
- Effective in-person, telephone, and email communication skills. Proper grammar, spelling, and professional composition experience are necessary components of communication inside and outside of the organization.
- Comfortable knowing and maintaining confidential information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- College degree preferred.
